Thank you for this 10 hr recording. I haven't slept through in 12 years averaging 2 to 5 hours a night. Since listening to your dark screen recording iv averaged 8 to 10 hrs sleep every night since Dec 2020 iv lost 20kg in weight and my health improved because of my improved sleep therapy I recommend this for all persons suffering with sleep disorders
