my little tiny townhouse in the city 🌃🏙️🌆cost about the same , wait im lying it was more when i purchased, & was worth half million, also 🤨 w/no storage😖😣🤬, tiny garage that ok.* too many bathrooms, crazy expensive taxes ..horrible neighbors from etc👀
