The Morse Code at 1:02, is 'FAMINE'.
The title of the Video, 'Novus Ordo' is Latin for 'New Order'.
For people that don't read comics, the JSA is the Justice Society of America. We are probably, getting new heroes. Because the JSA is the first Superhero Team at DC Comics.
Now this statement actually makes more sense. "WE WERE ONCE LIKE THE ANGELS! THE ANGELS WHO WERE CAST OUT OF HEAVEN INTO THE FIERY GATES, THEY THINK WE TAKE THE PLACES OF LUCIFER, LEVIATHAN, BEELZEBUB, AND SATAN." Because instead of just Superman being evil, it's the entire Justice League. Green Lantern, Hawkman, Superman, The Atom, and The Flash.

Edit 1: The one who spoke at 1:11 until 2:27, must be the Guardians of the Universe, or OA itself. Since OA in main continuity, isn't evil.. It means that OA has been taken over. As starting at 1:13 the statement 'The True Green Lantern', is OA. And the one that taken over OA, must be Brainiac. As he is the only one that could match OA's power. Like Mind Control and stuff. But this theory has many holes. And that's just an Theory.
Edit 2: After an reply, Herm's Ere Wrathful, could be translated into french. Which could be translated back into 'She is already furious'. Which is hinting at Diana, and themyscira. And instead of possibly being furious at the humans, she might be furious at the heroes.

The one who slain the Leviathan, was god. Or which can be Superman in the Analog Horror. And the Leviathan, meanwhile can be Batman.
Since the Leviathan is depicted as Envy, Batman can be similar to it aswell. Batman is this creature, that killed Man Bat, Killer Croc, and Poison Ivy. Which then, can be associated with Envy itself.
Because Batman, can use the abnormalities he ripped off of the Villains he killed, to create various gadgets and steampunk bat-suits.
The Leviathan can also be depicted as the image, of a Devil. And the only one that can be possibly related to it in this Universe, is ofcourse the Batman.

The morse code at 1:03 means FAMINE. I also think that the description translates to: HERO’S ARE WRATHFUL. The title is in Latin and translates to “New Order”
