Stomach cramps with a negative pregnancy test could indicate either GI upset, gastritis or premenstrual cramps where women may menstruate in 2 – 3 days, she can still have lower abdominal cramps. So she can wait for her menses to come or she can wait for a pain killer for the same. If it is a GI disturbance, then a physician has to be consulted and treated accordingly.
