RECIPES
Chilli
2 small onions
1 pack butternut squash frozen
2 peppers
2 carrots
1 celery stick
3 mushrooms
55g chorizo
3-4 garlic cloves
1 veggie stock cube
2 can chopped tomatoes
3-4 tsp paprika
A bit of chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1 can lentils
1 can black beans
1 small can sweetcorn
Lemon and blueberry muffins (recipe from the SW magazine)
150g fresh blueberries
5 eggs
60g sugar
125g all purpose flour
zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp icing sugar
Bake at 190C for 10-12 minutes.
Tuna cakes
5 potatoes
3 cans tuna
1 egg
5 spring onions
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp Italian style seasoning
Zest of two limes
Salt and pepper
