I just want to say that I was loving Three Houses when it came out, but the way the voice cast was interacting with the fandom and playing the game made it all feel so much more special. You, in particular, have brought this game to new heights for me and Nintendo should absolutely pay you a stipend for just being Claude irl.

I remember in November 2019, I got gifted Three Houses when I was recovering from surgery. I never played anything from the series before, so I was hesitant about it. Little did I know how much the game and characters would hook me. I had so much fun with the Golden Deers, and loved the growing connection between Claude and Byleth and Byleth learning to be more social and expressive thanks to her silly band of outsiders and Claude learning to trust and rely on others. Then one day YouTube recommended the voice of Claude playing through the game, which just blew my mind even further. At first I was content just watching the VODs, but at a point I was like “I have to join this live”, which lead to me making a twitch account for myself. I was nervous at first, but Joe and the schmoes were so cool and inviting. I still remember the first dear abbey question I ever submitted and being so nervous on if it would get read (still don’t think Lorenzitis has an effective cure). I’m still part of said community and have made so many friends and joined many other wonderful groups I don’t think I would have made or joined if I wasn’t gifted three houses or joined the schmoes. Three houses and my fellow Schmoe artists also inspired me to share my art online again! The world of Fodlan was just so inspiring, and I still draw it to this day. They helped me get through surgery, grad school, a pandemic, and just life in general. Sorry for the long comment, I just wanted to show my appreciation for everything Joe and the schmoes have done. Now if you excuse me, I’m gonna got try not to get emotional during the rest of my lunch break.

I'm not even an English speaker, but I learned a lot from playing 3H, this game meant a lot to me and for so many others, the charisma you gave to the character makes just listening to you transport me to a time and place where... Happy Timeskip, Joe. Claude is a character who means so much to me, I could talk about him for days. I just love the friendly, lighthearted demeanor he puts on when around most people, but I also love the serious side of him, especially the way it comes out in his voice lines post-timeskip, my favourite one being "We're all desperate, aren't we." I'm so glad his VA is you.
