Ingredients:
Methi (Fenugreek leaves) - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Besan (cheakpea flour) - 2 Tbsp
Corn Flour - 2-3 Tbsp
Carom seeds - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1 Tsp
Heeng - pinch
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Oil - to fry
