I wish i would've seen this video yesterday because i called customer support to have my city changed from Los Angeles County to Orange County, and not once did she mentioned that i would be "deactivated" and would have to wait to go online!! I'm furious, i hope this does not interfere with my 75 trip sign up bonus!! Now i'm forced to wait until they reactivate me into my new some BS!

Called customer service it takes 2-3 weeks and another background check. Lame and no temp changes. I want to drive an hour out of my city( Austin.)

I drive between the west coast of Florida and Central florida..(Orlando)
I never did a city change because I travel between cities..f that shit. Im not calling them..thats some bullshit

Do you know what documentation they require?

Our issue is that we are planning on staying in an air bnb when we get to the new state, so we won’t have an address in order to get a drivers license, registration, or insurance in the new state.

But in order to get an address, we need to have a job, but our job is Uber, and I don’t know if Uber will let us drive if we don’t have a permanent residence in the new state.

We’re wondering how anybody moves to a new state if they don’t have a ton of money or a new job already lined up! 😅
