Is this options trading or are you using a CFD broker? if it's options then it's not really true when it comes to the risk/rewards you are placing on the charts (when you factor in the various extra things that go into options trading like the diminishing value of the contract...) it would be good to clarify this.

Thanks for the SPY example. I went back to it, and indeed it did not reach low of day. It did reach, however, a pivot point that was in the middle of HOD and LOD.
