org: initially spring org -> now its pivotel
springOrg named it interface 21 initially . and later they changed it to spring !

Spring came because of (EJB) Enterprices java beans .

spring is free source .
came in 2003.

spring applicationsa are lightly waeighted and losose coupled,
ejb are heavy weighted and tightly coupled.

like awt and ejb, spring doesnot have any dependencies rather than jdbc . thats why spring is light weighted.

for example if two applications are tightly dependent on each other then its called tighly coupled . . its posible by using java runtime polymorphirms i.e RTP.

EJB is tightly coupled with application server, that means its cant work without application server.
AWT is also tighly coupled with os .
but,
SPRING is loosely coupled and can run without application server, and needs only simple jdk and jar files .
if we use interface model in between than dependencioes are handled and then it can be said as loosly coupled.
