African ancestors have been doing this for years, as well as asian cultures. reintroducing nutrients that came from your body back into your body to replenish makes absolute sense.

Did she really just say “birthing person” as a Doula? 😳 I understand doulas are all about the birthing experience but we are women that carry babies and deliver them. We are not birthing persons.

Okay, so don't get me wrong about what I'm about to ask. I have five children and didn't know this. I want to know if it's possible that my placenta was capsuled and I didn't ask for it, does this mean I can't get the placenta or pills from the hospitals I had my children at? Also thank you for the video you shared, it really means alot to learn more about my body. Have a great night.

Keep and freeze your placenta. You might need the stem cells later.

Just the next step toward absolute crazy town. So glad I have common sense and don't follow the crowd. Don't eat human placenta. Just don't. Shame on WGN for hosting crazy cannibals
