Sir, i am having a subform with from time and to time. if to- time is less than from time i am showing alert message, but i want to disable the add newrow button and submit button when all the data entered is correct.can you help

Has anyone managed to hide the Add and Delete button? I found some alternatives but it disables it for all users. I would like to delete it for some users only. Can anyone help?
