The Serpent is your Spine which carries signals to and from your body& your brain. The serpent/snake in the Garden of Eden represents desire/temptation because, lets say, your body is dehydrating so it sends a signal up to the brain where that signal turns into a thought like “I need to drink”-Eve in the Garden of Eden is Thought and Adam (Atom) is the Action that comes after the thought (ie pouring a glass of water). In the Garden of Eden the serpent “tempts” eve-the spine sends a signal from the body to the brain that it wants something (possibly something not good for us) the brain turns the signal into a thought and that thought sends another signal back down the spine to tell the body what to do (ie action).
The handbag is the pituitary gland (which works w/ the pineal and hangs below it in the brain -it actually looks like a sack) which is why the “purse” is always seen in the hand that hangs below the hand holding the the pinecone. The wings on these figure is the Cerebellum: the cerebellum is the “Winged Cherubim” in the Bible

The Eagle is a symbol of higher Consciousness-an Eagle soars in higher realms where they can see a vast amount from their perspective: opening the 3rd eye (Pineal) gives raises your Consciousness and your ability to see far more and more clearly
