Hi Nick, whats is your opinion on CHSB?... safety score of 99, dy over 5 year avg, p/e below 5 year avg...I dont understand why the mkt is not valuing well this company

My portfolio has good companies, however it has been stalling this year. With the present inflation and dollar devaluation I just got my money out of the bank, I invested some in gold and silver and I’ve approximately $700k stagnant in my reserve that needs growth, any suggestions to grow my portfolio will be highly appreciated.

Also looking at Comcast from a growth perspective has great potential. Universal may not be a massive part but with the opening of their 3rd park in Orlando early 2025 as well as it seems a great partnership with Nintendo for movies has growth there
