This is a lake known as Lake Hympellä in Sortavala, Karelia. Karelia is part of Russia. It is a state next to Finnland. Parts of Karelia are in Finland known as North Karelia.
How to get to Karelia: you will need a visa for Russia which you can apply for online. Then you will need to fly to Saint Petersburg, Russia.
From Saint Petersburg you travel by train, bus or car to the beautiful town of Sortavala. This lake is 7 kilometers away from Sortavala.
