The music and lyrics reminded me of Harry Nilsson in the 1970s and I mean that in the best way possible. It is not for nothing when the Beatles came to America, a reporter asked what American singer they enjoyed listening to and they all said the same thing, Harry Nilsson. How his songs explain my life every time he releases a song is absolutely mind blowing...since the beginning of this year, I quit my old job that I loved, for what I thought was a better one. I absolutely hated my new job. My girlfriend which was the best thing that ever happened to me gave me the backbone to try and stick with it. Well, when her life was taken on February 2nd this year, I fell off the wagon. Cashed out half of my 401K, and wanted to go back to driving truck for awhile. Well then, I got my first speeding ticket in 12 years which is completely messing up any driving job. So here I am, almost out of money, can't get a job, and ready to call it quits. My give a damn is gone. But, Nathaniel's music is honestly the only thing that gives me hope, in whatever ways.
