C3 42 inch is a way better investment over a gaming monitor . I love playing PS5 on it no input lag beautiful vibrant colors

you look great but a monitor review video should mostly show the monitor you are reviewing. Vast majority of the video is just your face!!

Got my 42" C3 recently to replace my desktop monitor - One of the best purchases I've made in a long time, and wish I did it sooner.

If you live in countries like Australia or NZ as examples, manufacturer warranties are "basically" meaningless, where turning off the auto dimming feature would absolutely not void your rights under consumer law.

why do you need a tv as a monitor? i have lots of video calls, it makes me feel like the person is here… the best argument i’ve ever heard in my life … literally the best of the best 😂

Don’t worry about burn in man I’ve been running an OLED for two years as a gaming monitor for my pc. I was worried at first but honestly forgetting about it then remembering after a year of straight gaming, YouTube consumption sometimes Netflix not a single bit of burn in. I recommend everyone to use small 4k OLED tvs if you can afford one. It’s a game changer

I've been using a Sony 43" TV as a monitor since 2016. At the time Sony was the easiest to adjust for issues such as over/under scanning. However, I don't play interactive games, so lag is not a problem. I look forward to upgrading to Sony's 2024 TV when it's available, probably 48-55" along with a slightly deeper desk. HDMI 2.x compatible Thunderbolt 4 docks can have issues with HDMI 1.4 devices, it works, but not without the odd glitch.

This review comforts me in my idea of having my setup in my new apartment connected to an OLED TV, so I can save money by not buying desk/chair and just relax on a sofa for gaming.
Most games that I play on pc is with a Xbox controller anyway. For the few games I intend to play with mouse + keyboard, it’s going to be both wireless for convenience and it will be totally fine 👍🏻

I was so close to going this route, but ended up just adding another 32" monitor. I am up to 3 of them now. Color accuracy is important for me.

got this yesterday from John Lewis in London for £674, it was a customer return so the price went down quite substantially from £899 ( wich I was about to pay anyway until I've spotted the resealed box). It is a a great display and tv, also my first oled so yeah, can't complain :). Not sure it matters for most but I think it worth mentioning that the magic remote works natively with Samsung DEX wich is great feature.

I am getting the Samsung Odyssey Geo 7 43" monitor, which I know is highly controversial. But I'm considering this instead. Thoughts?

Hello, nice video. What program do you use to change your wallpaper every 2 minutes or else where do you get images in 4K resolutions? Thanks

Just got mine a few days ago, will hook it up today when my new desk comes. My store I buy my TV/monitors from has the 42” C4 in stock as I type. I just don’t think it’s worth the $600 extra dollars it’s asking for .

So for streaming from OBS to a streaming platform how is it with the ratios and set ups? I see no videos from a streamers stand point only a gamers and workstation stand point.

Does the c3 requires disabling tpc and gsr like it was on c1?
Does it auto dim when you spend too much time in one scene or has lg fixed it ?
btw as 3 years c1 user, I set my wallpapers to rotate every 1 minute because why not. I have tons of screenshots. Using black background is lame because with browsing window in the middle, it will use the middle of the screen more

Man the colors look great, but there’s just too much ghosting for me…
