Rice is a wrong decision. He is looking at the ball, not veltman, he does what every player does in that situation, plus, the ball was moving, not still. So veltman couldn't shoot the ball. And I'm not even a fan of Arsenal, so I'm not saying it because it's my team

That’s a fucking joke of a decision for rice. Ball was still rolling, ref didnt blow his whistle to re introduce play. Absolute terrible shite reffing

People mad at the ref but should be mad at Rice for even risking it on a yellow. Its so niave and stupid there was no need. Dont blame the ref for players stupidity
