If I were falsely accused of murder, you can bet there's no way I would agree to sit in jail for 6 months waiting for a prelim hearing..

Gotta laugh at all you online Sleuths thinking you know everything about nothing. Wait for the trial and then you can make your assumptions.

That also gives prosecution time to get more evidence against him.

The state could simply take this to a grand jury and get an indictment

he may delay it but as the detectives and fbi discover more evidence it will only get worse for him, his defense will start to crumble in front of his eyes forcing him to take a plea or risk getting the needle

i just hope and pray that the jurors in this trial are not 100% biased against kohberger like everyone here, i hope the trial goes interstate where he can at least get a sense of a "fair" trial with unbiased jurors, but to get a truly unbiased jury, they will have to be found living under a rock, everyone has heard of this case so finding truly unbiased jurors from any state will be literally impossible, 99.99% of people already think he did it, how is that going to make it a fair trial?

what would be more intriguing is if he fire his legal defense team and become his own attorney trying to defend himself since he acts as if he's smarter than everybody else in the room

Thank you great work, please keep him off our streets.

The only way to really get this case moving in a timely manner, and possibly give the families of the victims true closure (or the case moving forward). Is to let Mr. Kohberger testify and let the truth come out. ✌️😔

That computer tower they took from Bryan's apt in Pullman could have a treasure trove of evidence to pin this on Bryan. I do not believe when he left that apt heading for Pennsylvania with his father that he believed he would ever be caught.

I honestly think he moved from PA to idaho/Washington because they had a reputation of not locking doors. And he already had thoughts to kill before moving.

So again here’s my question. Why did/would he have wanted to wave extradition from PA not only would that have given home more time to confer with his lawyer and on top of that he could have waved this process as well. I just don’t understand why waving extradition was the smart move.

If your innocent why do you need 5 months to get ready ???

Never forget Xana, Maddie, Kaylee and Ethan. Never forget what happened to them. The sheer brutality and horror ot it.

He is going to fall apart. The weight of what he did, the life he will live most likely in isolation, the type of people he will ne surrounded by, etc. He had no idea what was coming, and it’s only going to get worse.

If I was innocent I’d want to have the trial asap

Enough time for forgetting.

I have question, did he do it or not?
What is the difference between him and anybody picked randomly from the street if you need 6 months?!

Why would Bryan defense team allow prosecution more time?? If the suspect was out on bond. I can understand why you would allow the prosecution more time but that’s not the case.

Why do they let him walk into the courtroom like it's breakfast time? Idaho is too lenient. 🙄

I wonder how he's feeling being held in jail for the next 6 months or more. He's also in isolation protective custody. Wouldn't that drive people insane? Oh well, he deserved every minute of misery.
