Hi Jo! Always enjoy your videos they are super detailed and helpful. I'm trying to set this up but I noticed that it just sits and says in the NetExtender. I know my public IP:4433 is correct but I think a problem is even if Ping is enabled on the WAN interface, why can't I ping it from my remote network? What do you suggest I check as connecting and not able to access a resource is one thing but I can't even connect. Last resort is to restart the firewall appliance but I don't think that's necessary.
