I would think that the "kids chocolate" is a rip of "kinder chocolate" which is German for children . Since in the U.S. has kindergarten "children's garden", speaking of which the kinder surprise eggs are banned due to the capsule inside being a choking hazard....even though it is too big use guns which can kill you.

Speaking of McDuck, it was pretty entertaining to hear about going to the real restaurant instead of fake, bc fakes usually emerge in case of an absence of the original. For example in Russia, far from Moscow, we had local food chain McPick instead of the original for a long time, with their «happy meals» and stuff, and they are still there, bc original ones are mostly located in the large malls or on central streets, not everywhere. So yeah, large demand with no supply gives birth to fakes.
