I had similar stiff denim and I added two cans of regular Coca-Cola into the wash cycle and it came out much softer. Try it on a small piece and see if you like the results. Thanks for the video and I can’t wait to get your book.

Interesting. I’ve never heard of a curved waistband. I’d sew more denim but at $25-$30 a meter it’s so expensive. Love your cheery enthusiasm. Keep safe. I have your book on cover stitching, they are well done.

I have set myself the challenge of making my own jeans. I love the old school rigid denim and I love the straight leg too.
