I love bikes. I decided I wanted to make a very small bike. Shenanigans and self one-up-manship ensued.

I don't think the bike is that small. Pretty average really. I bet it does just as well as any other bike. I hear bikes that are too big can hurt and smaller bikes can be way better. As long as you're good at riding the bike it doesn't matter how small it is.
