In many situations, poor people keep a cheap, illegal gun as a last option. It's illegal because the legal option is mostly out of their reach due to high cost or lengthy procedures to obtain a license. Most people don't need a gun unless they need it.

Question: In an incident where a poor man shoots with his illegal gun to protect his family or his own life ? What does our law say about it? Thank you."
