Samsung Galaxy S21, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra upcoming smartphones will launch on January 14th with screen, camera upgrades and new design with symmetrical bezels for S21 and S21 Plus. S21 Ultra will have S-Pen support for the first time and the phones will use Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100 chipsets. S21 Ultra screen to be 120Hz plus WQHD+ and 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio. Galaxy Z Flip will come later and Z Fold 3 in summer 2021.

Nice phone..No mention of sd card support though, and no depth sensor, is a deal breaker for me. I'll wait till the S22.

No audio jack, No Charger, No SD card slot, and just 128GB for Exynos markets for the high priced Ultra !!
Yet, it does have Spen support that will need to stored in a case and charging will be cumbersome no doubt.

The SD888 will bring interesting possibilities for video and photography but there's no information about what the Exynos2100 does there.

Even if the Samsung SoC is slightly faster, my experience with it on a S20 Ultra was so bad that I soon ordered a SD Note 20 Ultra from Hong Kong. The problems were: short battery life, heating issue, on top of the fact it had less power or was taking not as good pictures compared to SD variants, only 128Gb because the preorders were delayed by several weeks in the UK, with no information on 512Gb variants, so many of us had enough and downgraded our preorders.

For a lot of consumers that buy Android phones, all of that is negated by no sd slot. Samsung making decisions in their bubble. let's see how even less iPhone differentiation helps their sales. I think I already know- not good.

S21 looks pretty decent at this stage, hopefully it does have a fully flat screen, if they put a charger in the box and bring back the 3.5 mm headphone jack, abd the chipsets are up to scratch in the global areas i might come back from an iphone .
