The problem with Mr Albaneses' response is that bulk billing INCREASED during the last Coalition Governments time in office and has steadily FALLEN during his term as Prime Minister.
It is a nonsense for him to state it has increased during his term as leader when his own Government figures PROVE he is lying. When one goes to an election (as Mr Albanese and his party did) stating you have the plans to address the problems facing the nation and three years later these things are worse than when you took office you cannot blame the previous Government. This is only a logical defence in your first year in office as it does take some time for your policies to change the status quo.
His party has been in office for 3 years and as statistics clearly show the nation is doing worse in almost every metric than when he took office. He and his party are duds pure and simple and do not deserve to remain in office.

I still remember the commercial right before last election, where he sat down with a couple in their home in front of a electric bill, and him slamming the table with his fist and saying "no", like he was going to bring down our cost of living. After "only" three long years, all I've seen is rising prices everywhere. Btw, when is the gas going to come down where it was before the "lack of supply from Ukraine"? This guy is full of it.
