Bloomberg Opinion: China and India Bury the Hatchet...For Now

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held their first bilateral meeting in two years at the BRICS Summit in Russia. That's after the leaders reached an agreement to resume border patrol operations following clashes in 2020. Bloomberg Opinion's Ruth Pollard says that while the deal is a step forward, deep distrust remains on both sides. Pollard's views are her own.
