For the people that used this plane but didnt work, you have to hold it a certain way instead of a normal paper plane grip. For these types of planes, you must use the hybrid grip, which is holding the bottom part with your thumb and middle finger, and placing your index at the back. When you throw it, your index finger will naturally relax and push the plane further forward, therefore, the long distance and speed of flight that you’re looking for.

I was folding this plane with the template, and since the template is scaled down, I had to do a bunch of calculations just to do the two- inch fold. I would suggest adding a line for the two- inch fold on the template?
