Honey and lemon is all you need. A sterilized glass jar with the lid. Soak your lemons in vinegar and salt rinse them well let dry slice the lemons thin remove seeds. Put honey and lemon slices then more honey until you fill the jar always finish with honey. I put a little plastic wrap on the jar then the lid put it in the refrigerator for 2 days and it's ready to use. I put a table spoon in 4oz of warm water first thing in the morning. my family has been doing this for years and we all love it.

Im going to try this soon! AVOID the honey if you’re dealing with candida overgrowth. If it tastes sweet is not good for candida!

1 tablespoon honey

Juice of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 navel orange

1-2 cloves garlic minced and set aside 10 m

1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated

Dash of cayenne pepper

Dash of real sea salt

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Grind of black pepper

1 tablespoon Natures Intent, with "the Mother", organic apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon hot water

Storing: This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Ingredients, however, are strongest when fresh.
