If there an accident happened or altercation took place between any persons and during altercation, some one got injured. The Injured person has the right to get him medically examined. For that he has to submit an application to concerned police station and the police official will accompany him to hospital for medico legal certificate. The doctor will examine what kind of injuries the injured has received and on the basis of nature of injured. Some time the doctor keeps the injures under observation as it may require CT Scan, X ray or MRI etc. After the injures are observed finally, the doctor declares the kinds of injuries received by injured person and also declares the offence on Medical Lego Certificate. In this video, I have tried to show how to read MLC and how MLC looks like.
