Have you tried a long-distance hike? If not, then how far do you think you've ever walked within 24h?

In Latvia we have Simtins (one hundred)
Trail is not marked, you must track your hike in gpx format. You must carry 10% of your body weight in backpack, not counting food and water.
Trail is about 103km and has 1550 ascent and descent.
Few river crossing, lots of hills, mud and bushes. Time limit is 24h
Last year we didnt have official support, so other hikers came to help out each other 🙂
I maneged to complete this hike in 22:42
Cant wait for this year 😂

A friendly suggestion for your next hike:
* Break in to your hiking shoes.
* For hiking always wear shoes which are 1or 2/3 size bigger than your usual.
* For blisters try using duct tape. It works wonders. It may sound stupid but you know. Its not stupid if it works.

Guliu aukštyn kojom miške ties 88km ir džiaugiuosi atradusi šitą video, kad ne visiems viskas taip lengvai sekasi, bet dabar turiu jėgų judėti dar į priekį iki pirmo 100 gyvenime

I have walked 39 kilometers, in 9 hours, at the age of 59, i am currently training everyday walking 65 miles every week, with a view of walking 60 kilometers in June, then maybe trying to beat that at some point.
