I sont know your story or life.
I like that you colored. That relaxes the brain.
My 13yr old daughter feels anxious a lot and she is very artistic likes to draw and color.
I talk to her a lot and help her calm down.
I always tell her not to focus on the anxiety and dont feed your brain with more anxiety.
Its a long process and i pray daily she will grow into a lovely young lady.

Just curious as to why a lot of people notice their anxiety and almost speak it into existence? By literally saying out loud that you’re feeling anxious, only makes it worse, because you’re forcing your brain to realize it, and hyper fixate on it. How about if you notice you’re feeling anxious, don’t talk about it out loud, and go do something. A huge amount of people with anxiety is caused by them not doing stuff and having a bad diet. 8 hours sleep, less junk filled diet, some sunlight, and a decent amount of exercise a day, can fix a huge amount of your issues both mental and physical. That’s the real self care. Not buying corporate sludges and pastes and gadgets to slap on yourself that don’t do anything except ruin your skin and hormone balance, further causing mental issues.

And for some reason bottling up your mental issues or whatever has been demonized to hell and back, probably because the term “bottling up” sounds bad like you’re internalizing and stewing on them, when in reality it’s more like just pushing it out of your mind. We’ve been shown in movies and tv shows that bottling up emotions leads to an explosive outburst that can be violent or self destructive, which can happen but it’s actually very rare, if anyone does have a reaction their held in emotions, it usually shows through drinking a lot, smoking weed, staying shut in for a while, something like that. And that’s also a healthy way to deal with things as long as it doesn’t get to addiction levels, because it’s just compartmentalization of the issue, putting your trauma in a mental cardboard box, and pulling it out when it’s appropriate, before you put it back for next time.
It’s not healthy to be super open about your emotions either, society doesn’t function if everybody is walking around being super open about their feelings and fears and triggers and all that other crap people talk about on social media. It’s pathetic to be honest. You know who can’t control their emotions through compartmentalization, children. They have an immediate and often times uncontrollable reaction that won’t end until the issue is resolved right there.

You are way too young to be experiencing anxiety, Miss. You should get you some plyometrics in your life and/or some other intense form of cardio. Also its a fair bet, you silly goose, that you are lacking in vitamin K, both types, since you are vegetarian.
Feel free to elaborate on the results that these suggestions yield. Btw? GREAT hair!!!!
