This video shows your wisdom. A fool can never do this with animals and it takes a wise patient person to be able to handle a hawk. I have been around wolves but never a hawk. Very cool experience you have. Thanks for sharing, it shows your character. If the hawk can trust you then others should as well. Last i check animals are not political. They know if a person is a kind person or a bad one.

Long time hunter and a I haven’t shot a gun since I took up archery and haven’t shot my bow since taking up falconry. Complete role reversal as a falconer you are more the dog and the falcon/hawk is the hunter. Excellent video presentation. Thank you.

For me, the love of hawks started this year. Meeting my first hawk on January 1st while I was walking at the beach. It was the most majestic Red-tailed hawk. The hawk was just flying on top of us and like he was saying hello. Then, a cooper's hawk decided to walk with me around the neighborhood and then a young hawk chased by crows and I became friends. It has been so magical. And this morning i was looking for our local center so see if i can volunteer. And then your video came. Pretty cool. I can see why RFK Jr. loves this so much. It is a spiritual event just to be around them. Thanks for sharing.
