Doctors and women would go to jail? What about the second progenitors? Get DNA test, make the father of the unborn to be accountable otherwise I do not think this is justice to the unborn, abolish law and address the issue differently.

Any welfare attached to that bill? You also have to care about babies after they are born.

Personally I don’t like the idea of abortion it goes against my personal beliefs but if I take all those biased factors out if you live in America the home of the free then you should be able to do what you want to your body

It should be life in prison for anyone who has anything to do with abortion, that is being very generous.

Why not put abortion clinics on tribal lands. Over 50% of state lands were ruled to belong to the 5 Oklahoma tribes(Creek, Cherokee, Seminole, Muskogee/Creek/, Choctaw & Chickasaw in 2020 with the court’s decision in McGirt v Oklahoma. State laws do not apply on Indian territories, only the 5 Native American tribes of Oklahoma and the Federal government has any jurisdiction on land belonging to Oklahoma’s 5 Tribe territory and by looking at the map it looks to be more like 80% of Oklahoma is devoted to the Native American tribes. So why not work with local tribes and start build medical facilities, abortion clinics, as well as alternative healthcare facilities specializing in Native American holistic medicine. This could be the beginning to something amazing for the 5 tribes of Oklahoma. Look at this as an opportunity and use the laws that are available and create something positive and beneficial for everyone. You can also apply this to every state where there are tribal lands. Just remember, the majority of lands owned in Oklahoma is not governed by the state.

All anti abortion bills and laws are unconstitutional. No men in legislatures should be allowed to vote on them.
Opposition to abortion is NOT "pro-life".
It's anti-woman.

One of the big problems with a lot of these pro choice folks and these Republican lawmakers who are pushing these abortion bills into law in their respective states is that they want the women and young girls who end up pregnant to have these babies, but these lawmakers with the pro choice people really do not care about the baby after it is born. Every state that have these abortion laws will end up taking a huge financial hit for all the money that will be spent for additional foster care facilities to take in unwanted children and an increase cost for programs for the women and young girls who become pregnant because of a violent sexual assault. Not every woman or young girl who becomes pregnant because of a violent sexual assault can even handle going through an entire pregnancy for that pregnancy is a constant reminder of what happened to them especially if the person that is responsible is a close friend or blood relative. And, it is even more worse when the baby is born and the baby looks like the very person who hurt them. It is because of these abortion laws that women and young girls who want to have an abortion will either go to a state like California or New York for what they need. Or, they will figure out a way to do things themselves and make it look like a general miscarrage. And, the morning after pill's popularity is going to skyrocket 10 times the popularity that viagra once was. May these bills and laws against abortion be declared unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court. Finally, the first segment of the mid 90s film, IF THESE WALLS COULD TALK featuring actress Demi Moore could be a reality once again in this country because of abortion laws like this one from Oklahoma.

Directly effecting marginalized communities. Households headed by single mothers, unequal pay and high percentage of men who couldn’t give a damn about being a father in or out of a relationship. This ai a true tragedy !!

This whole issue is ridiculous. I'm sorry, I thought it was 2022. We're back in the 1950's apparently. The day a man can grow a uterus and vagina, and give birth, that's the day he can tell me what I can and can't do with my body. Until that day comes everyone who doesn't have a child bearing vagina needs to sit down and shut up.
