As a fellow sim racer, it looks like you don't use force feedback. The wheel is moving too smoothly or staying too still. I'd suggest using force feedback because it makes it so much easier to drive when you can feel what the car is doing and how it's reacting to bumps, curves, oversteer, and understeer. But it's good to see your hand positioning has evolved from a few months previous to this video. You're keeping them at 3 and 9 and crossing your arms while steering more often which makes it easier to know which way the wheels are pointing. Keep on practicing mate, you'll get there.

You can adjust your steering rotation in the logitec gaming software if you haven't already, I use 360 degrees for all my driving games including f1, I have g29 also. The stock 900 degrees is far too much rotation for gt3 cars etc, 900 will be good for euro truck simulator lol
Force feedback is your friend so turn it up a bit, at least mess with the settings to see what you like.

Please work on the track. It was a bit terrible there. Your lines are absolutelly horrible. Dont give up, practice and show us that you can do better
