Mine is the Bible (I'm the one who loves heartwarming stories 😊), and what better at Christmas time than the story of Jesus leaving His heavenly home to come and live on earth, to pay a debt He didn't owe because we had a debt we couldn't pay, out of sheer love for us. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy. 😊

Love the bookshop stories! Steven you have a special gift without your stories it would take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours for me just to fall asleep! The relaxation sessions help a lot, I do like the 10 to 1 count down, but I like the body scan to release tension and maybe mix it up . seems you've been only doing the count down 10 to 1 lately.
