I actually think a video about how you use the leftovers would be interesting. I know ✨I'm✨ cooking for one but not necessarily cooking from scratch/new every day and struggle with thinking of new ways to use my food. Leftovers Lam Style is a series I'd watch (and would be a good way to stretch the content!)

Love how you mentioned that while you do feel very fulfilled, there are moments and days where you don't necessarily always feel like that. It feels a bit more normalizing the fact that working towards the things we want isn't the glamorous story social media likes to tell all the time - and I appreciate that down-to-earthness and genuine sharing w us. :)

I live in Lyon, and we often see Paris as being a very fast paced city with often cold people and a ''meh'' public transportation. But seeing foreigners talk about it puts things into a more nuanced perspective.

I love the new format you've been trying out like with the pasta recipe videos! As a college student who just started learning how to cook on my own, I think these "trying out ___ food hacks" videos are such a great resource for me because it helps me discover new recipes to try that are very simple to make! What ideas do you have for this series in the future? I'd love to see one about eggs or even rice... 👀

The best spread for bread is definitely tooth butter (Danish for butter spread thick enough to leave tooth marks) 😊
