Hi Joren! I do this chatbot for a customer. In the setups for "public auto response in feed", I have this message: "We need to get advanced Facebook permissions from your account to use this feature. Ask the page owner to grant permission." and I can't write the multiple replies. I have accès to my customer's FB page as a complete admin and also primary role in Manychat as your said, so I don't see what to do more... Thank you for your help.
PS. I've tried to do the same with my own account and I don't have this problem, no "need to get advanced FB permissions" message...

Manychat gives 1000 contacts for free. I have a test conversations from different 4 accounts. My question is, was it any conversation is considered as a contacts? Because i have a 4 conversation from different accounts. But my interface bottom left side menu "free contact limit" is still (0/1000). How could this happened. I think all conversation going to considered as a contact. How to find how many contacts i have still free?
