95% will get 3.36LPA ( service based) to 12 LPA( product base). Shares not included. You need a good reputed college or good practical projects.

Most companies don’t hire freshers for AI and data science jobs.

I recently interviewed one guy, fresh out of college (had 1 internship with some unknown company).
That guy didn’t even knew some basic maths.
He Could not even answer concept of eigen values.didn’t knew about correlation, gradient descent etc

Though he answered questions on central tendency and variability but there also he required some hints.
Also he did answer basic programming questions correctly.

So if you only know scikit learn and call yourself a data scientist avoid applying to companies
