Otis Hydraulic Glass Elevator @ the former Carson's Louis Joliet Mall in Joliet, IL

Literally got to film this just in time as you can see, as every Bon-Ton owned store is closing. This Carson's (Carson Pirie Scott) which was originally a Bergner's has this nice glass elevator in the middle of the store.

I rode this elevator back in 2012 when I used to live in Naperville when I was in 3rd grade

I used to ride this thing for hours on end 35 years ago when I was a kid while my mom was shopped there. I believe it used to be a Bergner's back then.

It’s really sad that all these stores are closing. The Boston Store in the Janesville Mall just had its last day of business today and now that’s closed.

Why is ground floor marked as "1" in the US?Here in europe, ground floor is always 0.
