How is it that people act so fully helpless that they'll just sit there in a flooded car as the water rises and wait for someone to come "rescue" them....basically just waiting for someone to do it for them because they don't have it in them to put forth any effort at all to not die.... Just don't get it.

this happens all the time .. i lived here my whole live .. brickle is under water already like this evvveeerrryyyy time.... there is 2 glaciers that is gonna fall into the ocean soon ... both bring 8 feet sea level rise... if one falls in the ocean, where i live exactly is going to be under water .. i live in miramar pembroke pines area ..its only 7 feet above sea level... remember you dont have to have a storm serge to flood .. florida sits on limestone so its hollow foundation can fill up with water quickly.. funny all these out of towners paying big money to live in severe swamp areas ! and the cities try to keep all the flooding off tv and news .. this been happening ... go to hallendale or dania under water every time .. and after those 2 glaciers ..16 feet of sea level rise .... most of florida is gonna stay coverd allll these cities know that!!!! bet me !
