You have helped me so much, not just once but twice...let me explain. I have ms and asthma and needed to lose some pounds. I am not one to exercise on my own. Then covid hit and we were all on lockdown. I decided to check out YouTube and FOUND YOU. Started losing pounds and inches. Then got covid. My energy level was at zero after I recovered from covid. When I was able to exercise again I went straight to you and your adorable momma. Now I am back on track AGAIN thanks to the two of you. Thank you SO MUCH!

I found this channel just a week or so ago and your intermediate videos are my favorite! They are easy to follow, no loud music to be annoying, and you use a timer instead of counting reps to make the experience even more simple to follow. I was surprised that you include enough squats and arm movements that I really did feel like I had a great workout! This channel is not JUST for seniors! I hope to grow old with your workouts. I am 50 now and high impact on my knees is just too painful for me so your walking videos are perfect for me. Please add more intermediate workouts!!! I am also Asian and it just feels comforting to see you and your mom working out together, I feel like I can relate to you. My mom is in her late 70's and I hope to introduce her to your videos and we can do them together.

Congratulations!! This month marks my 1 year following your videos. I’ve learned to listen to my body & stay active & moving. I started with 1 pounds weigh and now using 3. Some exercises I use the 5. Not quite there but continuing. Thank you so much for keeping us healthy.

I am 62 years old. I have known my primary doctor a bit more than half my life. He's a nice man and wonderful doctor who is just a few years older than me. ( in good shape) I have been physically weak since birth and seven years ago had a hip replacement. All my life I have been in and out of PT and looking for some gentle yet sustainable exercises. Found you two about ten days ago. Excellent to follow and a joy to watch. Blessings and many thanks.

You both deserve it!!!! Walking and exercising with both of you is actually fun and not frantic like many other channels. You helped so much and so many of us.. Plus the other exercises for hips and the stretching...I can go on and on. But I just want to say THANK YOU so much for getting me off the couch on the way to good health with a smile on face while doing it!!! PS Living in NYC at the epicenter for awhile, it was so depressing and worrisome and isolating. I felt like I was falling into an abyss of depression. But walking and exercising with both of you just lifted my spirits so much and that deserves an extra Thank You XO
