GOOGLE COULDN'T VERIFY THIS ACCOUNT BELONGS TO ME!

So in this video I speak about how I locked myself out of my own account with LastPass due to it not updating the vault. I also talk about the frustration of recovering my Google account.

I cannot verify with my phone number. I no longer have it. So cannot get a code to verify. And the backup email sends a code but it won't accept it. So upset.

that's really stupid of Google what does it matter what device your on? don't they understand people buy new phones everyday? or even if your on a different computer new laptop or even at a friend's house. this is terribly stupid and frustrating coming from google. if people give u the correct information do your job and log them in instead of having people jump through hoops I'd understand if the info was incorrect but when u got the correct info what is the point? google this is why Hotmail and Yahoo will always be better. google beyond idiotic.

I am using right email and password but since i am using a different device, google wont log me in. WHen i try my recovery email for authentication, it doesn't recognize either... I am banging my head for three days... The stupid question that google ask is " when did you create the account" now who remembers that? i don't remember what i had for lunch yesterday... "Which city you log in from", since i have a proxy so that doesn't work either.... Google needs to pay attention to this problem, . can anyone help me???

My computer crashed, so how am I going to log in to my email account from that particular device? My email account was set up years ago, and I am suppose to remember the date it was created? Why, oh why do they make it so difficult to get into your email account, especially when there is no one to "talk" or "communicate" with? They don't tell you that they have locked your account, they just say try again later. Don't waste my time if you have locked it.

Bottom line saving info on paper still works in this electronic age. because it can still be lost electronically.

Good for you. However, when my account was created my IT classmate did this for me in 2010 or so. I have never had this much trouble before and here in the US they're full of "account recovery cow dung". My biggest concern is that my grandmother passed away recently and I had the opportunity to see her after 25 years and even take my daughters to finally meet her. These special memories are locked away in this Google Account crap! All I've been doing is praying. I have nightmares about this account recovery Never felt so abused by a company in my life. I was even duped out of lots of money by IT specialists who claim they can solve the problem. I just want to see my grandmother and my girls memories again!!!!

Its crazy how garbage Google is at handling this problem and how they don't have a direct number to call for this particular problem but they have a support number for everything else possible.
