As a Dunkin frequenter. NEVER use the drive thru. Going inside is always faster.

When it comes to fast food, it's usually hard to beat Jimmy John's. When I order in the restaurant, they often hand me my sandwich before I'm even done at the checkout counter.

As a fast food employee, just because one is faster, doesn't mean it's always that fast, some day they are super backed up with orders in other areas of the restaurant, front counter, delivery orders, and others

As someone who works at a Dunkin most of them only have like 3 total people working at them even the one I work at has like 15 people but we are only allowed 10 max per day and we still get swamped to the point it takes us a while to get things done fast especially when we have call outs which happens a lot at the one I work at
