The upgraded premium SUV comes to market in Europe as the Audi Q5 40 TDI (fuel consumption combined in l/100 km: 5.4-5.3* (43.6-44.4 mpg US); CO2 emissions combined in g/km: 143-139* (230-224 g/mi)). Its powerful two-liter four-cylinder diesel generates 150 kW (204 PS) and 400 Nm of torque (295 lb-ft). The aluminum crankcase weighs approx. 20 kilograms (44.1 lbs) less than that of the previous engine, while the crankshaft is around 2.5 kilograms (5.5 lbs) lighter.

The mild hybrid system (MHEV) contributes to the low fuel consumption. A belt-driven starter/generator (BSG) supplies the 12-volt vehicle electrical system, which incorporates a compact lithium-ion battery. The BSG recuperates braking energy and stores it in the battery. The MHEV system enables the Audi Q5 to coast with the engine off, and allows for start-stop mode at speeds below 22 km/h (13.7 mph). Overall, this results in a fuel-efficiency improvement of approx. 0.3 liters per 100 kilometers (62.1 mi). The Audi Q5 40 TDI (fuel consumption combined in l/100 km: 5.4-5.3* (43.6-44.4 mpg US); CO2 emissions combined in g/km: 143-139* (230-224 g/mi)) accelerates from zero to 100 km/h (62.1 mph) in
7.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 222 km/h (137.9 mph).

Just looks Q3, l love Audi it’s a great car to drive plus reasonable price.

That tacked on screen hasn't aged well. Too bad the update didn't include the new Audi Interior with 3 screens. The Q3 Interior looks better because it has an embedded screen.

So basically no big changes since the 2018 model... And THIS is why I will be turning in my my 2018 Q5 at lease end in 2021 and not getting a new one. And yes, I hate that NON-Touchscreen slapped on there. Apple Car Play ONLY works on that screen and not the one in the speedo. It looks high tech but it’s kind of crap. Google maps works faster and better than their in-house maps. A good ride but yes, definitely needs improvement in the tech department.

Can rear seats be inclined for comfort driving? (Like on e.g. a Subaru Forester) Are rear seats sun shades available(like on e.g. a Skoda Octavia)
Are active safety systems standard like on a Subaru Outback? Or premium means again, pay more, receive less....?

What a brutal color to advertise a new car with, especially when it's restricted for certain markets, and not available in the Q5 Hybrid. Kind of illogical no? Green = not available on hybrid

Can they get rid of the tablet in the middle of the dash? It's an eyesore. It's like they forgot to build in all the things they needed so added an ipad. It's such a Micky Mouse solution

i have a 2018 Audi Q5 and this does not look much different. Looks like some new software, slightly changed dashboard, possibly a wireless phone charger, and new seats. That is one ugly exterior color.

The interior? New VW Golf's one is far better than this.

The interior design and materials quality don’t seem compare well to the Lincoln Corsair or Volvo XC60. Audi uses too much plastic and not enough leather for a luxury vehicle.
