Alternatively you can just right click with the spike in the air to open the track menu and uncheck the blueprint tick box

Also, if you select a raibed fill, you won't have to place blocks under the track manually

You could upgrade your "super-smelter" to run on external heaters. With just 2 external heaters, you can easily run 6 furnaces that use the same kind of conveyer-dropping and chest as you do here. It only needs 3 wide by 5 long for the core smelting area. Also is pretty handy to save on coal.
Or, a more compact version with 1 ext heater seems to go faster, with only 3 ovens, than 4 with using coal
Edit: saw that at this point, he is using ext heaters

You could also create an Ozzie liner from the same mod as the heating coil it'll help you out tons with hypothermia and hyperthermia

I think great additions would be to make the long line of track a loop and perhaps setting up more stations with machines to mine resources and bring them back. Also maybe make some frieght cars, perhaps a boxcar to carry extra blocks?
