I know I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate for this but: Miley Cyrus is actually a huge inspiration because she is so true to herself and really expresses who she is and I think that is inspirational because these days it seems that there are a lot of fakes in this world. Bangerz came out during my senior year of high school and it truly made me rethink of how I should consider the psyche of child stardom, femininity and sexuality. It's one of my favourite records of all time and I knew from the moment I saw We Can't Stop and the 2013 VMAS, Miley's career would go on for another 20 years. She quite literally set the world on fire, not just via the shock value she displaying but by expanding her versatility and creativity that she couldn't do whilst tied down as Disney's live action princess.
