Casey Neistat has long been my favourite YouTuber, he's one of the reasons I became involved in filmmaking, and one of the reasons I'm creating content today, but what does his style entail, and how has he moulded the world of vlogging on YouTube?

Well, in today's video, I look at the history and how he started out, his Guerrilla style of filmmaking, how he tells a story, as well as the equipment, because he is the epitome of Equipment Doesn’t Matter.

As always if you have a recommendation for an analysis, let me know below!

Very insightful analysis of Casey Neistat's style. The focus on story, lack of focus on equipment and the insight that Casey can do something planned and big -- or just banal and everyday yet still make it interesting to watch. I just published my 10th educational mini-movie and I'm looking forward to incorporating some of your insights into my next project. Thanks!
