Some musical pieces follow us in history, growing and moving along with time. One of them is 'Greece 2000′. There's something everlasting about this Three Drives On A Vinyl classic, first released in 1997. In 2013, it's time for two new remixes to shatter across the dance floor: 'Greece 2000', by Matt Davey and Disfunktion.

A young UK talent on the rise, with a keen ear for revival. His new version of Ratty's 'Sunrise (Here I Am)' continues to haunt the floors, and so will his interpretation of 'Greece 2000'. Adding a bit of big-room sensation and melodic change, while upgrading it to the 2013 sounds, makes his remix a welcome addition to the playlists this summer's end.

Dutchies Disfunktion handle this classic all too well, stripping it to down into a minimalistic prog-house interpretation, with respect for its original. Get that distortion up and rock to this big-room baby!

Still listening to this immense, epic & unforgettable trance classic. This remix is DOPE! I also love the sampling of Cruisin' Gang's 1984 Italo-Disco single "Chinatown" (which still remains as one of my favorite Italo-Disco classics).
