⭐️ New Home Construction Starts Surge To Record Levels

✨ The highest increase in 3 decades. Sounds like everything is rosy since builders are actively building more homes for people to buy. But is it all good news?

The issue is that rising interest rates encourage building of the most expensive homes and discourages building of more affordable homes for the masses. Can’t blame the builders as their borrowing costs are rising but we need to incentivize them to build more affordable homes which are what are REALLY needed. The younger generation needs access to affordable homes.
